Revised Ohio public-records bill becomes law

COLUMBUS, Ohio- A revamped public records bill was signed into law Wednesday by Ohio Gov. Bob Taft. Substitute House Bill 9 requires that all public officials or their designees attend training programs and seminars about Ohio's public records law.
