Editorial: Make Connecticut Judges Accountable

It should be passed to give the voters the subsequent opportunity to revise the state Constitution. For implicit in this bill heard by the Government Administration and Elections Committee is a test of what is already in the state Constitution: a requirement that the courts be open.
