Illinois State Police rejecting records request regularly

    As reported on the  First Amendment Center's  Web site, the Illinois State Police routinely rejects records requests from the media, grieving families and , surprisingly, fellow cops. The police are citing privacy reasons, even in the case of a long-cold murder case.
