Pennsylvania open record law moving through Legislature

The Pennsylvania Senate approved its version of the open records law (SB1) and the House now has it on the floor for debate (HB2072). The proposals would provide some benefits for open government, but still some drawbacks, such as making secret 911 records, autopsy reports and all victim information.
