Judge says White House visitor logs are subject to FOIA

A federal district court judge ruled that White House visitor logs are subject to FOIA because they are held by the Secret Service, which is subject to FOIA. The Administration argued the logs are records of the president and vice president and therefore not subject to FOIA because of executive privilege. The White House is considering appealing.
