Missouri to create government e-mail archive

Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt has ordered work on a government e-mail archive to prevent government employee work e-mail from being deleted when it should be provided to the public. The archive system is estimated to cost $1.6 million to set up and about $500,000 a year to run. See Associated Press story.
