We Need Your Input on Media Libel Insurance
Hey, SPJ Independent Journalists--
As promised, SPJ is looking
into expanding benefits for us. We are currently in the fact-finding
stages of looking into libel insurance. Terry Harper, SPJ's executive
director, has a few questions:
What kind of policy limits are
you folks looking for and what would you consider affordable? I am
especially interested in hearing from people who currently have such
coverage or have had it in the past.
I have heard - in general - that coverage is not affordable, but I need to know some specifics that I can take to our broker.
