Looking for men's interests and lifestyle writers
Woodford Reserve bourbon is hosting a press trip
from October 15-17, and I'm looking for freelance journalists who contribute to
men's interests, lifestyle, luxury and spirits publications. This is the
official unveiling of our Master's Collection limited edition release which is a
collectible luxury bourbon product. The group will visit the distillery in
Versailles, KY (near Louisville) for a tour with our master distiller Chris
Morris, a tasting of the new release, food pairing and bourbon-inspired lunch
with our chef-in-residence and some interactive activities. We will illustrate
what's unique about this special type of bourbon that hasn't been put into a
bottle for 100 years and, in a sense, defies tradition while still honoring the
historical process. Following the visit at Woodford, we'll enjoy an afternoon at
Keeneland race track in Lexington. There's a spirits angle for writing as well
as a luxury product or even travel piece. The trip would be all-expenses paid,
but space is limited.
