Go overseas for free as a Fulbright scholar

The Fulbright folks just sent me this and asked me to talk it up. It's a great opportunity, looks great on your resume, gets you away from your ex. I suggest going to India, so you'll be prepared when your job is outsourced there.

Application Deadline: August 1
Fulbright Scholar Program
Awards between 15-30 grants a year in journalism, including up to four grants in Germany for beginning professional journalists to conduct research and intern with German media, and up to two research grants in Japan for senior or junior journalists with at least three years’ professional experience.  Professional journalists may also apply for All Disciplines research awards in other countries, and there are several lecturing opportunities for journalists with teaching experience.   Awards range from three to ten months.
