Seeking notes in New Jersey
SPJ has joined the fight in a case in New Jersey in which reporter Martin O'Shea is seeking handwritten notes taken by a secretary of the West Milford Board of Education. The case is before the New Jersey Supreme Court. The Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press is writing a brief in support of the O'Shea.
