Candidates set for July elections

The chapter's board of directors voted on June 8 to approve the slate of candidates for this year's chapter elections, which are slated to be held at a July 20 chapter meeting (venue and time are still TBA). They are:

Officers elected by chapter membership:

President-elect: Vacant
Immediate past president, Kent Flanagan
Treasurer and VP/FOI, Frank Gibson, The Tennessean
Secretary, Joe Morris, freelance journalist
VP/Membership: Vacant

Board members:
Larry Burriss, MTSU (serving through 2008)
Bill Lewis, Seigenthaler Public Relations (2008)
Sandy Campbell, GCA Publishing (2008)
Clay Scott, Volunteer State Community College (2006 – seat left vacant by Amber McDowell)
