Jeff has spent a career in both radio and television… most of it working in news and sports.

His news background includes experience as a reporter for KIRO in Seattle, news director for KONA in Tri-Cities, WA, managing editor and morning anchor for KGA in Spokane, and time as a freelance reporter for both ABC and CBS News. He has been honored several times for his work as both a reporter and anchor from both Society of Professional Journalists and the Radio Television Digital News Association.

Among the notable stories he has covered include the Joseph Duncan case in Idaho, the scandal and downfall of former Spokane Mayor Jim West, the 2007 Atlas Foundry Blast in Tacoma, the 2008 strike of Boeing Machinists, and the 2009 Lakewood Police Shootings, and 2012 Presidential Nominating Conventions. His work has been featured on many local radio stations, the ABC and CBS Radio Networks, and the BBC in England.

His sports experience includes two years as a broadcaster for the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League, sideline reporter for the Tri-Cities Fever of the Indoor Football League (then the NIFL), play-by-play host for a number of local college sports, play-by-play host for high school sports in the Columbia Basin and Greater Spokane Leagues, and several years as part of the award-winning broadcast team for the annual hydroplane races in the Tri-Cities.
