Francisco Miraval is a philosopher, writer and researcher. He is the founder and president of Project Vision 21, a bilingual news and information service agency based in Aurora, Colorado. He is also the director of Project LEARN (Latino Educators Assisting Residents in Neighborhoods), a non-profit foundation providing quality, informal learning opportunities for monolingual Spanish-speaking adults. Miraval has a Bachelor in Education and a Professorship (Bachelor and Master) in Philosophy (University of Buenos Aires), and he is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Columbus University, MS). Miraval provides bilingual media consulting services for local and national corporations and organizations.
