Work has previously appeared: Daily Newspaper, Local/Regional Magazine, Online Newsmagazine

I am a 2009 graduate of the University of Idaho. I have my bachelor's in journalism. While in college, I contributed to my university's student paper and magazine. I also interned at The Idaho Press-Tribune in Nampa, ID. I am also the winner of two Idaho Press Club awards. I have covered a wide variety of topics, including environmental damage, disabilities, suicide, poetry slams, chili cook-offs, etc. My career goal is to continue to touch readers with my writing, while providing them with important and engaging stories. I also have photography, investigative/feature style and social networking experience.
