I am an experienced journalist who has written a wide array of news and feature stories. I am expert in crafting compelling human interest stories. However, I also write well on breaking news stories, and can write on tight deadlines for community news stories. I created and currently maintain my own website, I am professional, dependable and flexible. I am proud to say that in 2011, I was chosen as a Knight Digital Media Fellow. I spent one week at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism as part of the Independent Journalists workshop. The workshop included creating hyperlocal news websites, photography, video, audio, advertising, Google Analytics, among other subjects.
