Work has previously appeared: Daily Newspaper, Community Newspaper, Local/Regional Magazine, Web Log, Websites, Newsletters, Book Publishing

As a communications and marketing specialist, I have been able to apply my advanced training as a product manager of a health-related website, where I created the expansion and growth of the site. Through web content, articles, and advertising initiatives I have boosted readership and sales. As a long-time journalist at many community newspapers and magazines, I continue to write and snap pictures for many Metro-Detroit publications, including the Detroit Free Press, Detroit Metromix, and Ambassador Magazine. I am also the author of Patient Stories: Coping with Life-Changing Illnesses. This is a book I created as the product manager and lead writer of the Patient Stories website. I also handle public relations and publicity for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) metro.
