Theresa Mark is an experienced sales executive, consultant, and business development professional. She is recognized as a sales industry expert. Theresa is currently an IT Project Manager, focusing on Compliance and Legal Regulatory Issues. Prior to this position Theresa worked as a Sales Manager in the Servicing and foreclosure sector of the mortgage industry, managing several REO Teams and Short Sale Teams. Additionally, she managed the business development and high profile clients. From 2001-2007 Theresa was the VP of Sales Development with a major financial institution. Additionally, Theresa developed several programs for training and compliance within the industry. One was “Return to Excellence” which took the bottom 25% of the sales force, identified the weak areas and retrained them for success. Another program Theresa developed was “Sales Force Development”. This program hired candidates with no experience, put them through a “boot camp” of the industry and trained them for success. She was involved with all stages of creating the program. Prior to that position, Theresa was the National Sales Director of a Financial Institution, where she was considered an expert in business development, acquisitions and sales training.

Prior to joining the civilian sector, Theresa served in the United States Marine Corps where she was an Naval Aviation Instructor with Fleet Aviation Specialized Operations Training Group. Theresa instructed 13 different aviation courses such as ECAMS, Quality Assurance, Aircraft Weight and Balance and others. Theresa served honorably on active duty for 8 years.
