Work has previously appeared: Daily Newspaper, Community Newspaper, Local/Regional Magazine, Online Newsmagazine, Newsletter, Web Log, Book Publishing

I am a versatile writer and editor with a deep understanding of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues as well as interpersonal violence and have written for a range of publications including daily newspapers, regional magazines, alternative weeklies, monthly niche publications, and travel websites.

I'm adept at switching my tone and approach to fit the subject matter and outlet -- whether I'm covering a contentious City Council meeting for an alternative weekly's blog, crafting an in-depth feature about the experiences of LGBTQ survivors of domestic violence, or writing light motivational copy for a travel website.

I am currently living in Bend but maintain a rich network of connections in the Portland area.
