Work has previously appeared: Community Newspaper, Local/Regional Magazine, Online magazine.

I'm an award-winning journalist with varied experience in both print and online media.

Known as a hard worker with an upbeat attitude, I’m great with news and features alike, generating ideas from a feel-good profile of high school sweethearts to a story detailing a day in the life of city workers grappling with budget cuts.

Before my current stint at the Morgan Hill Times, I freelanced for 18 months while traveling North America. Before that, I worked at The News, a community weekly in Las Vegas. The News was the 2006 recipient of the Newspaper of the Year award from Suburban Newspapers of America.

I've got the attention to detail, ability to find information quickly and deft writing that every editor looks for in a dependable freelancer.
