For over 20 years, Ninie has worked as a writer, editor/proofreader, translator/interpreter, book reviewer, researcher and broadcast journalist. Some institutions that she has worked for, among others, are: Voice of America, National Geographic Society, language schools and some prestigious law firms. Demonstrated ability to conduct interview with diverse professionals, and turning the conversations into good reports/features. Ninie writes in two languages: English and Indonesian; and translates/interprets English, Indonesian, and Malay, vice versa. Some titles of her features are:
