America’s longest-running cooking show host; affordable, authentic at-home meals made possible by a trip to your deli; unearthing the food history of Italy’s Valle d’Aosta; superior superintendents. It’s a wide project range. But assigning editors appreciate my profiles, food writing and narrative features, and entrepreneurs seek my publishing acumen, eagle eyes and know-how to hire crackerjack wordsmiths when a project is too big for just me. My writing is lyrical and fresh. My editing retains the writer's voice. And armed with curiosity, degrees in disciplines about which I’m passionate and hands-on skills on a national cooking show that propelled my culinary knowledge, I'm creative, mindful, and I genuinely enjoy crafting (and editing) good copy.
