I am an American journalist based in Luxembourg and currently working in Europe. I have established my own company, Moreno Broadcasting Logistics SARL.

As a freelance television and radio news producer for my former employer, the European Broadcasting Union, my European experience since 2003 includes various EU and NATO events in Brussels and elsewhere, IAEA meetings in Vienna and World Cup Germany 2006 to name a few. I worked as a full time Eurovision news producer in Washington and Geneva from 1998 to 2006, providing images for the Eurovision News Exchanges, organizing special events, bureau administration and more. I have just recently started writing magazine articles and in the past updated online content for websites. Prior to 1998, I worked for CNN en Español, AP (Washington and London) and NBC News Channel in Charlotte, NC. Almost trilingual... fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in French, I am now studying German and Luxembourgish.
My location is close to many European cities (3 hours from Paris, 2.5 from Brussels, 2 from Frankfurt etc). I am organized, efficient and know how to meet deadlines. Available as a regional producer, reporter, writer, fixer, advisor etc as needed.
