Jillian Kramer is an award-winning journalist, who works as both a crime reporter for Mobile's Press-Register and as a freelance writer. She has worked for two mid-size daily newspapers and one small newspaper, and her work has also appeared in a regional magazine. Jillian has written extensively on the criminal justice system, but enjoys focusing her freelance efforts on political, fashion, lifestyle and health writing. Her articles have ranged from the unethical practices of a FEMA contractor, resulting in the loss of the contractor's government contract, to a young boy suffering from Niemann-Pick Disease Type C, a rare and fatal disorder.
