I am currently a graduate student at George Mason University. I was the editor-in-chief of two university newspapers and am currently the director of an online newspaper. I specialize in profiles, features and event coverage but have experience covering local, state and national politics. My undergraduate degree is in music and I have studied theater so can cover the entertainment scene well. I was also a Catholic missionary with training in philosophy and theology for over a year so I can write about ethical and religious issues as well. Aside from articles, I also have experience producing, editing and hosting podcasts and short video pieces. I have been published by the New York Times and was a stringer for the Associated Press. My work has been featured on UWIRE and have been interviewed by local and national media in my professional capacity.
